Following our community drop-in events in November 2025, the period of public consultation ran until Monday 8th December. We would like to thank everyone who submitted feedback to the consultation for letting us know their thoughts on different aspects of our proposals.

Having reviewed all feedback received, we have further developed our proposals and will shortly be submitting an Outline Planning Application to St Albans City and District Council.
